Booking & Stay Policies at GoStays

Welcome to GoStays. To ensure a seamless experience for all our travelers, please review our house rules and booking guidelines below.

Booking & Payments

Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required to secure your reservation (unless specified otherwise for peak seasons).

Balance Due: For partial payments, the remaining balance must be settled during check-in at the property.

Payment Methods: Additional gateway fees apply to online transactions and are non-refundable. Pro Tip: Use UPI transactions to avoid extra charges!

Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard Check-in: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Flexibility: Early check-in or late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur an additional fee at the property manager’s discretion.

Group Stay Guidelines

  • Group Limit: We strictly permit a maximum of 10 guests per group.
  • Room Allocation: Groups of 5 or more may be purposefully allocated to different dorm rooms to maintain a social atmosphere.
  • Conduct: To ensure a positive environment, the GoStays Property Manager reserves the right to cancel stays without a refund if group behavior is deemed unfit.

Guest Requirements & ID Policy

  • Valid Identification: A government-issued ID is mandatory. Please note that local IDs are not accepted.
  • Foreign Nationals: You must present an original passport and a valid visa upon arrival.

Hostel Rules & Etiquette

  • Visitors: To maintain security, outside guests are not allowed inside the hostel campus.
  • Self-Help Culture: We embrace a self-help vibe; please note we do not offer room service or luggage assistance.
  • Substance Policy: Drugs and substance abuse are strictly prohibited.
  • Alcohol: Consumption is permitted based on local laws and property discretion. 

Safety & Security

  • Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their own items. GoStays is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Admission: We reserve the right to admission to ensure the safety and comfort of our community.
